John Cacciola

President, Aegis Property Group

John Cacciola is President and a partner at Aegis with over 30 years of experience managing the implementation of hundreds of projects and real estate initiatives across a wide range of geographical locations for a variety of clients in every sector, demonstrating great vision and commitment to the success of those projects.

John is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and a LEED AP. He is a member of ASCE, ULI, and the Drexel University Construction Management Advisory Council Executive Committee; a past board member and former Executive Committee Chair of the ACE Mentor Program of Eastern PA; and formerly an adjunct professor of Project Management at Villanova University.

John has a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
