As a master facilitator, experienced strategist, consultant, OD practitioner and executive coach, Marc has worked across the commercial, civilian government, Department of Defense, and nonprofit sectors. His practice focuses on leadership development, transformational change, diagnostic assessment, organizational analysis, customer experience, and performance improvement, helping organizations translate strategy into action while strengthening culture and capability. Marc’s career includes extensive experience as a senior executive leader within large, complex organizations. He has led multi-site operations, managed annual operating budgets exceeding $30 million, and held responsibility for 35+ satellite facilities and workforces of more than 1,000 employees. His leadership experience spans operations, workforce development, learning, and organizational effectiveness at scale. In addition to his executive roles, Marc has served extensively in governance and advisory capacities. He has held many different roles on boards, including serving as a member of the Executive Committee, Board President, and he’s functioned as Chief Staff Liaison. In organizational leadership roles, he has led operations, enterprise-wide learning, training, coaching, and OD functions supporting workforces of more than 1,500 team members. Currently, Marc serves as Executive Director of the Center for Leadership and Innovation, where he leads a team of more than 40 consultants who partner with leaders and organizations to deliver high-impact work in leadership development, strategy, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and executive coaching. His approach blends practical operating experience with generative, human-centered leadership practices that drive clarity, alignment, and sustainable results. Marc holds professional certifications in XCHANGE Facilitation, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, Hogan, CliftonStrengths, EQi, EQi360, Accelerated Learning Principles/Facilitation, and Graphic Facilitation. |
