Matt is a Principal within CLA’s Business Risk Services group and supports the national System and Organization Control (SOC) practice. He has more than two decades of professional services experience in third party risk management, systems implementation, information security, internal and external audit, governance, and management consulting across multiple industries. Matt has spent his entire career helping companies of all sizes understand the impact of technology on their business. Prior to joining CLA, Matt was Gilmore Jasion Mahler’s Risk Advisory leader and spent eighteen years in the Big 4 (EY and PwC).
