She has over 30 years of nonprofit and municipal finance experience, primarily covering the higher education, independent school, cultural and nonprofit sectors, as well as extensive governmental finance experience. Ms. DeGrass has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Simmons College and is a FINRA Registered Municipal Advisor. She holds securities licenses including Series 7, 50, 52, 53, 54, 24, 63 and 79.
