With over 25 years in higher education, Rashmi has built her career on a fundamental belief: data-driven insights and strategic technology deployment are essential enablers of institutional mission and student success. Her leadership spans critical initiatives in enrollment strategy, digital transformation, information security, and enterprise analytics with an eye toward creating frictionless, personalized experiences for students and families. Before joining Arcadia, Rashmi served as Vice President for IT/CIO at Albright College, where she established information security and data analytics programs during her six-year tenure. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Jefferson University, advancing to Associate Vice President of Information Resources. Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate for data governance, championing the idea that institutional data is a strategic asset requiring careful stewardship and sophisticated analytics capabilities. Rashmi was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Pennsylvania in 2022, 2024, and 2025, and recognized as one of the Top 100 Educators in Pennsylvania in 2022. The Philadelphia Business Journal honored her as a Top IT Pro in 2013 for her pioneering work in business analytics. A self-described "innovator and data geek at heart," Rashmi recently completed the Chief Data Officer program at Carnegie Mellon University, further deepening her expertise in strategic data leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Meenakshi College in Chennai, India. |
