Dr. Jennifer Lundy is a transformational higher education leader with 22+ years of experience driving financial sustainability, institutional growth, and inclusive excellence at liberal arts colleges. Currently serving as Vice President for Finance & Campus Operations at Gannon University, she provides strategic direction for a multi-campus system spanning Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio with over 5,500 students, overseeing budgets exceeding $100 million and managing endowment funds of $100+ million.

With proven expertise in capital project management, Dr. Lundy has delivered over $50 million in projects on time and under budget, including historic facility renovations and innovative campus developments. She has guided institutions through multiple accreditation renewals, achieving exemplary results with minimal recommendations from Middle States and other accrediting bodies.

Her operational excellence extends to enterprise risk management, legal compliance, and strategic decision-making frameworks. Dr. Lundy has led institutions through significant challenges, including expense reduction initiatives, voluntary separation programs, and maintaining stability during COVID-19 disruptions. She facilitated innovative public-private partnerships, securing government and philanthropic grants for multi-million dollar investments in biomedical research facilities.

Dr. Lundy's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning Organizations from Vanderbilt University (2024), an MBA from Chatham University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
