Loly Cambeiro is a higher education finance and operations leader recognized for her strategic approach to organizational management and commitment to excellence. As Director of the Student Affairs Business Office at Rutgers University–Newark, she oversees the Division’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations, driving transparency, accountability, and efficiency across units.

With more than a decade of progressive leadership experience at Rutgers, Loly has advanced initiatives that streamline administrative processes, strengthen fiscal stewardship, and promote staff development. A 2022–23 NACUBO Emerging Leaders Program participant, she holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Budget and Financial Management from Rutgers University.
