In this session we will share experience, stories and best practices relative to the challenges associated with the dynamism of governance, leadership, teamwork and process that are simply not the same from place to place. In this session we will seek to focus attendees on considering user needs and wants within the board of trustees, the president’s office and the wider community of the enterprise though deliberate and focused efforts that the CFO can bring.
